Welcome to GET IT FROM KOREA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our purchasing, order processing, consolidation, and international shipping services.

1. Our Service
GET IT FROM KOREA provides a purchasing assistance service that helps customers purchase products available from Korean online stores and sellers.
Customers may provide a product URL or other product information, and we may purchase the requested product in Korea on the customer's behalf and arrange related services, including order processing, consolidation, and international shipping.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, GET IT FROM KOREA is not the manufacturer or original seller of products purchased from third-party Korean stores.
2. Product Requests and Quotations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product information, including product URL, model, size, color, quantity, options, and any other relevant specifications.
Quotations may include the product price, domestic Korean shipping charges, service fees, international shipping charges, and other applicable costs.
A quotation may be revised if the Korean seller changes the price, the product becomes unavailable, the selected option changes, or additional costs become known before purchase.
3. Product Availability and Pricing
Products displayed or linked from third-party Korean stores may change in price or availability without notice.
Submission of a product URL or quotation request does not guarantee that the product can be purchased.
If a product becomes unavailable or its price changes materially before purchase, we may contact the customer for confirmation, provide alternatives, or arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
4. Customer Approval and Payment
We may begin purchasing products after the customer accepts the applicable quotation and completes the required payment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, quantities, options, shipping information, and quotation details before making payment.
5. Service Fees
GET IT FROM KOREA charges a service fee for purchasing assistance, order processing, communication, consolidation, and related services.
The applicable service fee will be displayed or communicated before the relevant order or service is confirmed.
For eligible standard orders, the service fee may be calculated based on the combined product value, subject to any minimum or maximum fee communicated at the time of quotation.
Special, oversized, restricted, high-value, or unusually complex orders may require a custom quotation.
6. Purchasing from Third-Party Sellers
Products are generally purchased from independent Korean sellers based on the customer's request.
Product descriptions, specifications, authenticity representations, warranties, seller return policies, and other seller-provided information remain subject to the terms and representations of the original seller.
We will use reasonable care when purchasing the product specified by the customer, but we do not manufacture or control products sold by independent third-party sellers.
7. Order Consolidation
Eligible products from multiple Korean stores may be combined into a single international shipment when requested or when applicable.
Consolidation may reduce international shipping costs, but final shipping charges depend on the packed weight, dimensional weight, destination, carrier, and other shipping conditions.
8. International Shipping
International shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs, delivery estimates, carrier availability, customs clearance, and delivery conditions may vary depending on the destination and the products being shipped.
9. Customs, Duties and Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that requested products may legally be imported into their destination country.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
GET IT FROM KOREA may refuse a request for products that we reasonably believe cannot legally or safely be purchased, exported, shipped, or imported.
10. Restricted and Prohibited Products
We reserve the right to reject or cancel requests involving prohibited, restricted, dangerous, illegal, counterfeit, regulated, or otherwise unsuitable products.
Shipping restrictions may also be imposed by carriers, airlines, customs authorities, Korean law, or the laws and regulations of the destination country.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because products may be purchased specifically at the customer's request, cancellation or return may become limited after we purchase the product from the Korean seller.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver their orders.
This includes the recipient's name, shipping address, postal code, telephone number, product selections, and any information required for payment, international delivery, or customs clearance.
Customers must not use our service to purchase, export, import, or receive products in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
13. Inspection and Product Handling
When reasonably practicable and included in the applicable service, we may perform a basic external check of received products before international shipment.
Such a check does not constitute professional product testing, authentication, quality certification, or a guarantee against hidden defects.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GET IT FROM KOREA is not responsible for delays, losses, additional charges, or other issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party sellers, carriers, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
The GET IT FROM KOREA name, website design, original text, graphics, branding, and other content created by us may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks, images, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website and services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, operations, or legal requirements.
